ओपन बुक परीक्षा गाइडलाइन बी.सी.ए. 4th सेमेस्टर मुख्य परीक्षा जून 2021

 जीवाजी विश्वविद्यालय ग्वालियर म.प्र. ने बी.सी.ए.  नियमित 4th सेमेस्टर मुख्य परीक्षा जून 2021 (महाविद्यालयीन- संस्थागत/ असंस्थागत नियमित, भूतपूर्व छात्रों हेतु) ओपन बुक परीक्षा का कार्यक्रम घोषित कर दिया है जिसकी परीक्षा तिथि निम्नानुसार है।

1.सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं को कवर पेज एवं प्रवेेेश पत्र  दोनों को सभी बिषयों की उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका के ऊपर सभी काॅॅॅलम भर कर अटेच करना है।

2. सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं को उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका A4 साइज पेज के 8 पन्ने लेकर बनानी है जिससे कुल पृष्ठो की संख्या (दोनो साइड मिलाकर) 16 हो जाऐं।

4. परीक्षा प्रवेेेश पत्र डाउनलोड करें। click here

5. सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं प्रवेश पत्र प्रश्न पत्र मिलने के दिवस पर ही डाउनलोड करना है अन्यथा लिंक बंद हो सकती है प्रश्न पत्र जीवाजी विश्वविद्यालय की वेवसाइट से डाउनलोड करना है। 

6. सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं को उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका अपने महाविद्यालय मे ही नियत तिथि एवं समय से जमा करना हैं। तथा महाविद्यालय आने मे असमर्थ होने पर डाक के माध्यम से भी भेज सकते हैं। 

7. अपने महाविद्यालय मे उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका जमा करने पर रशीद अवश्य प्राप्त कर लें। 

8. सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं को परीक्षा फाॅर्म भरना आवश्यक है अन्यथा परीक्षा प्रवेश पत्र विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। 

9. एक विषय के सभी प्रश्न एक उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका मे ही समाहित करना है उत्तर केवल ब्लेक एवं ब्लू पेन से ही लिखना है।

10. उत्तर पुस्तिका मे सभी प्रश्नो को तथा उनकी संख्या को स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेखित किया जाना अनिवार्य है प्रत्येक प्रश्न के उत्तर को अधिकतम 250 शब्दों मे लिखना है तथा सभी प्रश्नो को उनके क्रम के अनुसार लिखना अनिवार्य है ।

11.  सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि कोविड -19 के संक्रमण को ध्यान मे रखते हुए उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका जमा करने के लिए भीड़ इकट्ठा नही करें । सभी छात्र एवं छात्राएँ अंतिम तिथि से पूर्व अलग-अलग समय अंतराल मे मास्क लगाकर    जमा करें एवं सभी गतिविधियों मे सहयोग प्रदान करें।

8. सभी कोर्स के छात्रों एवं छात्राओं को केवल फाउंडेशन बिषय (Foundation Subjects) के तीन खण्डो (FC-1, FC-2 & FC-3) के लिए तीन उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका बनानी है जिसमे पन्नों की संख्या 6 रहेगी अर्थात्  12 पृष्ठ एक उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका मे होने चाहिये। 

 

9.*  बी.एस.सी. प्रथम एवं द्वितीय बर्ष में फाउंडेशन बिषय को छोड़कर सभी बिषयों की उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका 8 पन्ने (16 पृष्ठ) वाली बनानी हैं। अर्थात् फाउंडेशन बिषय को छोड़कर प्रत्येक बिषय की एक ही उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका बनानी हैं। 

10. उत्तर पुस्तिका मे सभी खण्डों एवं प्रश्नो को तथा प्रश्न  संख्या को स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेखित किया जाना अनिवार्य है उसके बाद उत्तर लिखना आरंभ करें। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के उत्तर को अधिकतम 250 शब्दों मे लिखना है एक विषय के सभी प्रश्न (खंड होने पर भी) एक उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका मे ही समाहित करना है।

11. सभी छात्रों एवं छात्राओं को उत्तर पुुुुुस्तिका अपने महाविद्यालय मे ही नियत तिथि एवं समय से जमा करना हैं। तथा महाविद्यालय आने मे असमर्थ होने पर डाक के माध्यम से भी भेज सकते हैं।
